These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vozio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Vozio provides an AI voice assistant that answers calls and books appointments on behalf of your business, including integration with Google Calendar.
You are responsible for the information in your account, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate details and keep them up to date.
You agree to use Vozio lawfully and not to misuse the service. You are responsible for how you configure and use the assistant, including compliance with any applicable communications, telemarketing and privacy laws that apply to your business.
Vozio integrates with third-party services such as Google and Stripe. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.
You retain ownership of your data. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep Vozio available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vozio is provided without warranties of any kind, and our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using Vozio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or to protect the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vozio after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
