Vozio (“Vozio”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI voice assistant that answers phone calls and books appointments on behalf of businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Vozio is operated from Australia.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, business name, email address and phone number.
- Call data — audio, recordings and transcripts of calls handled by the assistant.
- Booking data — names, contact details and appointment times provided by callers during a booking.
- Calendar data — when you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar to create and manage appointment events you request.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and technical data — logs, device and browser information used to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information
- To provide and operate the assistant and book appointments.
- To sync with your Google Calendar and send booking confirmations and notifications.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To provide support, and to maintain, secure and improve the service.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
Google user data
Vozio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Calendar data only to provide and improve the appointment-booking features you request. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers to deliver the service, who process data on our behalf: Vapi (voice AI), Telnyx (telephony), Google (Calendar), Stripe (payments) and SendGrid (email delivery).
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers above to operate the service, or when required by law.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@vozio.app.
International processing
Some of our providers may process data outside Australia. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.
