To provide our voice assistant services, we temporarily process:
- Call recordings and transcriptions
- Call duration and timestamps
- Caller phone numbers
- Voice bot interaction data
2.3 Google Calendar Data
Important: When you connect your Google Calendar to Vozio for appointment booking features, we access your calendar data to:
- Check your availability in real-time during calls
- Create, update, or cancel appointments on your behalf
- Read calendar event details to avoid double-bookings
We do NOT store your Google Calendar data. All calendar information is accessed in real-time via Google's API and is never saved to our servers. We only maintain the OAuth token necessary to access your calendar on your behalf.
3. Data Retention and Storage
3.1 What We Store
We store:
- Your account information and settings
- Voice bot configurations
- Call metadata (duration, timestamp, status)
- Call transcriptions for your review and analytics
- OAuth tokens for third-party integrations (encrypted)
3.2 What We Don't Store
We do NOT permanently store:
- Google Calendar data - All calendar information is accessed in real-time and never saved to our databases
- Credit card information - Billing is handled entirely by Stripe, and we never see or store your payment details
- Raw call audio files (after transcription is complete)
3.3 Data Retention Period
- Call transcriptions: Retained for 90 days or until you delete them
- Account information: Retained while your account is active
- After account deletion: All data is permanently deleted within 30 days
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve our voice assistant services
- Process and manage appointments through Google Calendar integration
- Generate call transcriptions and analytics
- Process billing and subscription management
- Send important service updates and notifications
- Provide customer support
- Ensure platform security and prevent fraud

- Twilio/Telnyx: Voice call infrastructure and telephony services
- Google Calendar API: Real-time calendar access for appointment booking (we do not store calendar data)

- OpenAI: Conversational AI capabilities

8. Google Calendar API Disclosure
Vozio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

- We only request access to Google Calendar data necessary for appointment booking features
- We do not store, cache, or persist Google Calendar data on our servers
- Calendar data is accessed in real-time only during active calls
- We do not share Google Calendar data with any third parties
- You can revoke our access to your Google Calendar at any time through your Google Account settings
9. Children's Privacy
Vozio is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
